Run, LIFT & Yoga Series Intention: IN | SPIRE HER. Breathe life into HER
Bring women together: focus on HER total health (mind, body, heart & soul) and create, foster and inspire community, connection and collaborations in an inclusive Run, LIFT & Yoga Series.
You will become a runner. You will lift. You will practice, find your strength and your breath. You will find your Kula..and together we will shine!

Goal Setting- distance, time, endurance, total health & wellness
Community- run, lift & yoga with a group of “GO” women
Education (collaboration)- Learn more about yourself, your health & fitness, pelvic floor, strength training, REST & digest, injury prevention +
Connection ~ coming together: seen, heard, & valued
Friendship- meet someone new and become run & yoga buddies
Social - Celebration! We will go out post run & yoga to celebrate our action steps, goals, weekly victories and so much more.

Experienced, professional & female Run Coaches
8 weeks of Resistance Training & Yoga Instruction in the Everlove Studio
Female Focused and Developed Run Program: Including Run, Cross-train, strength & yoga
2 POST Activity Social at our local Restaurants
RUN:
5km, 10km & Return to Run: Postpartum Moms- are FEMALE created training guides & direct instruction from coaches
Community: Tuesday’s In Person - Group training, warm up & cool down & RUN
Run Programs are PROGRESSIVE; meaning, you will gradually run your way up to either a 5km, 10km or Postpartum designated KM’s designed by Jessica Doig.
Saturday Morning “LONG RUN” additional group support and run (Optional & not required by Participants)
5km/Postpartum Programs: starts with a Walk to Run Ratio and gradual increase .
10km start at the 5km distance mark and gradual increase.
All runners will experience spreed, hill, endurance training.
LIFT:
IN-PERSON at the Everlove Studio
All equipment will be set up and provided
Resistance Training with a Professional Instructor
First 30 minutes of our In-Studio class time- focus on form and gradual build with weights
YOGA:
IN- Person /In-Studio Yoga at Everlove Yoga Studio – St. Paul Street, Collingwood
Private Yoga Class for GTINC. Run & Yoga Participants
Specialized Yoga class- geared to females; specifically- female runners
EVERLOVE current Annual/Full Membership holders have access to a coupon code that will deduct the price of the LIFT/YOGA off of their registration. COUPON CODE is to be used at the completion of your registration and will be cross referenced with Everlove. The code: WEVEGOTYOU

LIFT & Yoga ~ In-Person & IN-Studio at Everlove Yoga Studio on St. Paul Street, 7:30 to 8:30pm (1 Hour Duration)

Refund Policy
REFUND Policy: There will be no refund option available for The Run, Lift, Yoga Spring 2025 series. The time, energy and effort put on by the collaborating companies reserves the right to exclude a refund option. By registering & completing the intake form, you are signing complete acknowledgement of the REFUND policy and your adherence to the contract.
