Run | LIFT | Yoga Series

The Girl Time Inc. Run & Yoga Series is the Wine & Cheese of exercise. NOW, we are adding in one more speciality. LIFT! Resistance training is the secret jam to this combo.

Together with amazing & professional Run Coaches & instructors from the heart centred Everlove Yoga Studio, we bring our community the BEST Run, Life, Yoga series!

Lace up, lift high, grab your mat & let’s GO!

  • Join Shannon Gale, from Success in 7, in the progressive 5 Km Program. Start with a walk to run focus and gradual reach your 5 km goal. 8 Weeks - we run & then we practice.

  • Join Jessica Doig, from Collingwood Pelvic Health, In the progressive 10 Km program. We start at 5km and will introduce speed work, hills, strength training & more! From five to ten, you will go the distance.

  • Join Ms. Ashley & Karen Jay as they team up to get you and the ladies to the 21km distance.

  • Everlove Healing & Yoga is where it all comes together. The LIFT & Then the practice follow the run portion of the evening. We will send 30 mins. strengthen your muscles and then, 30 minutes stretching then out.

Run for HER: Ovarian Cancer Canada Trail Run & Girl Time Inc.’s HER Movement are collaborating once again to create a coaching and run opportunity.

A way to train for up coming local trail races &/or spend some time with amazing hiking buddies!

  • The Run for Her is an annual fundraising run in support of Ovarian Cancer Canada.

    Starting as a solo half-marathon in 2020, the Run for Her has grown to a multi-distance trail race event and education/advocacy initiative involving collaborations with local companies and the patient community.

Women’s Golf Series

Together with Duntroon Highlands, Girl Time Inc. is bringing back the Women’s Golf Series. We play for laughs, quality time with other women and for the joy of being outside. We learn & gain experience along the way.

9 Holes, 4 tee off times, 2 Options & a Season of Fabulous FUN!

  • Located in the hills of Duntroon, Duntroon Highlands Golf Resort offer us the views, 4 different tee off times on Wednesday’s starting at 4:00pm and includes 9 holes, cart & a welcome to join in the women’s only weekly social.

  • FALL Series is ready to go

    1. September & October x 8 Wednesdays.
